Reaching out is the hardest part. Let's make it simple.
Call, text, or send a message — whichever feels easiest. You don't need to have the whole story ready, and there's no commitment in asking a question.
Three ways to start a conversation
A sentence is enough. "I think I need to talk to someone" is a complete first message.
I read every message personally. If you'd rather talk than type, calling or texting is often faster — and for many people, easier.
Good to know before you write
- All sessions are virtual and available anywhere in Texas.
- You don't need a diagnosis or referral to book.
- Individual, couples, and family sessions all start the same way.
- Not sure which fits? Say so — we'll work it out together.
If you reach voicemail, leave a name and a number — I return calls the same business day where possible.
Prefer to write it out?
Fill in the form below and I'll get back to you. Share as much or as little as you're comfortable with — we can cover the rest in the first session.
After you reach out
I get back to you
Usually within one business day. We'll cover any questions you have about fit, scheduling, or how sessions work.
We find a time
Including options outside standard business hours, since most clients are fitting this around work or family.
You get a secure link
Sessions are held over a confidential video platform. Any private room in Texas works — no commute, no waiting room.
First session
We talk through what brought you here and what you want to be different. No pressure to disclose everything at once.
Common questions
-
Where do I need to be located?
Anywhere in Texas. All sessions are virtual, so you only need a private space and a reliable connection.
-
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within one business day. If you haven't heard back after two, please call or text — messages occasionally get filtered.
-
I don't know whether I need individual or couples therapy.
That's a normal place to start. Mention it when you reach out and we'll talk it through. You can also read how each service works.
-
What if I'm not ready to book yet?
Asking a question isn't booking. Plenty of people reach out months before they schedule anything, and that's a reasonable way to do it.
-
Is what I write confidential?
Please avoid sending detailed clinical or sensitive information by email — standard email isn't secure. A brief message is enough to get started; we'll go deeper on a secure platform.
