Therapy services for individuals and couples across Texas.
Specialized sex and porn addiction therapy, couples counseling, and individual therapy — all delivered virtually by a male therapist and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT).
Therapy is offered virtually across Texas, providing convenient access from any private location.
One-on-one therapy for men working through addiction, anxiety and trauma
Individual sessions are where the hardest work usually starts. Whether you're confronting compulsive sexual behavior for the first time, carrying grief you haven't named, or living with anxiety that's become background noise — this is a private, non-judgmental space to unpack it at a pace you can handle.
- Sex and porn addiction recovery, including relapse prevention and boundary work
- Anxiety, depression, grief and trauma-informed care
- Practical coping skills you can use between sessions, not just in them
- Direct, honest feedback — no silence, no clinical jargon
Session options
Held over a secure, confidential video platform. Available anywhere in Texas.
Couples counseling grounded in the Gottman Method and EFT
Most couples don't arrive with a communication problem — they arrive with a pattern neither of them can see from inside it. Using two of the most evidence-based relationship models available, we map that pattern, address the wound underneath it, and rebuild trust on something sturdier than good intentions.
- Infidelity and betrayal trauma recovery for both partners
- Partner support when one person is in addiction recovery
- Breaking negative communication loops and repairing after conflict
- Rebuilding emotional and physical intimacy over time
Session options
Extended sessions are often more effective for early couples work and disclosure conversations.
Supervision for therapists building an addiction or relational specialization
For clinicians working toward licensure, or licensed therapists developing depth in sex addiction and couples work. Sessions cover case consultation, treatment planning, and the practical side of holding difficult material without burning out.
- Case consultation and treatment planning support
- Guidance on addiction and relational modalities
- Scheduling arranged around your existing caseload
Availability
Reach out with your licensure track and current caseload, and we'll find a structure that fits.
Concerns I work with most
These rarely show up in isolation. Most clients arrive with two or three of them tangled together — and that's normal.
Sex & porn addiction
Breaking compulsive cycles, managing triggers, and rebuilding self-trust without shame as the engine.
Infidelity & betrayal trauma
Support for the partner who was betrayed and the partner who betrayed — separately and together.
Relationship conflict
Recurring arguments, emotional distance, and the sense that you're having the same fight in new clothes.
Anxiety
Intrusive thoughts, chronic worry, and decision paralysis — plus practical tools to quiet the noise.
Depression
Low motivation, flatness, and the exhaustion of performing normalcy while feeling hollow underneath.
Grief & trauma
Loss that hasn't been processed, and past experiences that still shape how you move through the present.
Getting started is simpler than it feels

Build the plan together
After the first session we set clear goals and decide what kind of work fits — individual, couples, or both.
Before you book
-
Do I have to be in Cypress or Houston to work with you?
No. All sessions are virtual and available to anyone located anywhere in Texas — you only need a private space and a reliable connection.
-
What happens in the first session?
We talk through what brought you here, what you've already tried, and what you want to be different. There's no pressure to disclose everything at once.
-
My partner and I disagree about whether we need couples therapy. Can we still start?
Yes. It's common for one partner to be more ready than the other. We can begin with individual sessions and move to couples work when both of you are willing.
-
What does CSAT certification actually mean?
It's an intensive certification through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals covering assessment, treatment planning, and long-term recovery for compulsive sexual behavior. Read more in Resources.
-
How long does therapy usually take?
It depends on what you're working through. Some concerns resolve in a few months; addiction recovery and relational repair typically take longer. We'll talk about a realistic timeline early on.
Focused, evidence-based care
Not sure which service fits? Start with a conversation.
If you're unsure whether individual or couples work makes more sense, reach out and we'll figure it out together. No commitment required to ask.
